This is my first time sugaring! What should I do?

To ensure the greatest results you need at-least 2 weeks (14 days) worth of growth if you are coming from shaving, and 4 weeks (28 days) worth of growth if you're coming from another form of waxing. Please do not trim before or in between services, if trimming is needed we are able to do so during your appointment.

Avoid exfoliating for 2 days leading up to your appointment. Arrive at your appointment with clean dry skin that is free of oils and lotions, as these can cause issues with the sugar pastes adherence.

If you are worried about the pain level we suggest taking pain medication 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment. Caffeine, hot showers, and working out may also affect your pain tolerance so avoid these things before your appointment if possible.

What is downtime for sugaring services?

Some ares of the body are more sensitive than others so please allow 1- 2 days before sun exposure, exfoliating, or sweating. Any redness associated with sugaring should subside after 30- 60 minutes.

Question 3

I started my period, can I still come get sugared?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we allow clients to come get sugared during their menstrual cycle. We ask that you come to your appointment with a fresh tampon in. Please keep in mind you may be more sensitive to pain due to being on your cycle

Can I bring a guest?

Accepted Answer

Children nor additional guest are allowed with you during your appointment. We strive
to have the safest and most relaxing environment for the guest to receive services in.

Question 5

I'm feeling a little sick...

Accepted Answer

In order to maintain a sanitary work environment, we do
ask that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment sick or running a fever, we will reschedule your service for a later date.

Question 6

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Please reschedule using our website, or contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment; you will be required to make a new booking which will require a new deposit. Your previous deposit may be used toward your final service total.

Question 7

Can I bring my food or beverages into my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Outside food and beverages are not prohibited in our suite.

I'm not sure what service is best for me...

Mindfulness is appreciated when you are booking your appointment. If you are unsure of what service you want or need please contact us. If you book the incorrect service you may have to reschedule for a later date if time is not permitting of the service of your choice.
